Confidence is Key: Good Self Care

Please remember to practice good self care, especially when the news cycle can start to weigh on your own healing process. Here are a few suggestions:

  • Be selective about your news sources
  • Limit the amount of content for which you are exposed
  • Seek counseling or support groups to help you process the impact
  • Reach out to trusted friends for support
