Our quest at Safe In Harm’s Way has always been to provide resources a person might need to tackle or avoid abuse. The Court Case Database is a public database for court records across the U.S. by state.
Please make sure you are safe when you use the information. It can be helpful for you to know with whom you are entering a relationship and, if needed, exit the relationship with a goal of safety and peace of mind. Remember, you can choose to not disclose why you’re leaving, but do so safely and with a plan in place.
