APPREHENSION

  1. anxiety or fear that something bad or聽unpleasant聽will happen.
  2. suspicion or fear especially of future evil.

FEELINGS

When the word “Apprehension” is used, eggshells always come to mind. It’s that feeling that you are walking around on eggshells trying not to make too much noise. You try to stay under the radar so you don’t get noticed. It’s that feeling that any moment, everything could go horribly wrong.

The constant state of apprehension in relationships is exhausting and can create serious mental and physical issues like Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD),聽Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), phobias, panic attacks, respiratory problems, gastrointestinal disorders (stomach pains, excessing bloating or abdominal cramping, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, vomiting, and so on), compromised immune system, heart disease, muscle tension and chronic pain, memory loss, and weight gain.
